I enjoy working with the team at NLSC! Everybody has a client centric approach to making sure their clients have the best options before them.
Thus far not impressed. Documents were to be emailed to me 3 weeks ago. Have not received them yet, after a second phone contact. Liked Sarah, but thus far the services are not living unto expectations.
We first came across the company during a free seminar. We then scheduled a time to meet and were impressed. They provided us with a lot of information. We took about a month to discuss and research during which time we were not bothered by them, which was nice. Once we decided to proceed we were able to schedule in a timely manner. At this point I was confused about one item and was able to call and receive an answer immediately. I feel very confident that I can call anytime if I have any concerns.
