Update (Sept 15, 2025): After posting my initial review, I received a voicemail from the company canceling my appointment, stating it was because I had left feedback. This directly contradicts their public response, where they claimed multiple solutions were offered and that I was notified in advance. I still needed the service, but instead of addressing my concerns, they chose to cancel after my review. Paul was very helpful as he explained the issue and what it might mean. He also helped us understand that we might have a chance to appeal the water bill. He was efficient, friendly and a good communicator. Very respectful of our property.

I had a great experience with National Leak Protection. We had a plumber come out and he couldn’t find the leak and he asked me to call National Leak Protection. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and was able to get me an appointment today (Friday) otherwise we would have had to wait until Monday. Paul came out and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He found the leak pretty quickly so now all we need is the plumber to complete the fix! :)
