Hopeless and unprofessional. Had to deal with them as part of an insurance claim through RACV insurance. Spoke to them on Tuesday and made an appointment on Thursday (earliest avail) and had to move heaven and earth to make that happen as it needed urgent assessment. On Wednesday I had a missed call from them, called back and left a message saying I was expecting them next day. Heard nothing back. Came to my house and did a shoddy job reviewing where a leak originated from. Took a photo of a rusty screw nowhere near where the water damage occurred. Not impressed.
Really impressed. The two gentlemen that came and assessed and found the leak at my home were fantastic. They were friendly, professional, informative and offered valuable advice. Most importantly they found the source of the leak within 30min, something 3 other trade companies were not able to do.
Very happy with the Leak Detection Report and then the follow up support.
Jesse came out and was nothing short of professional and perfect. I am actually glad my drain needed help. Jesse is a true credit to the company and I hope this recognised.
