Unfortunately, my experiences with their services have not been positive. Their inspection reports for home insurance matters have contained conflicting information, and when the cause of an incident isn’t clear, they seem to shift focus and assign blame to unrelated parts of the property. This has left me feeling that their process lacks fairness and clarity, and that the business operates more to support the insurance system than to genuinely assist customers.

I do not recommend using their seevices, had a couple horrible experiences with them. They inspect for home insurance company, give different details to insured and insurer. They are just making their dirty money. Once they dont understand the cause of an incident, they try whatever they can to deflect, play with words in theor report and blame it on non relevant parts of the property That is dishonest and dodgy They dont work fairly, it is just a business inside another home insurance business

Hopeless and unprofessional. Had to deal with them as part of an insurance claim through RACV insurance. Spoke to them on Tuesday and made an appointment on Thursday (earliest avail) and had to move heaven and earth to make that happen as it needed urgent assessment. On Wednesday I had a missed call from them, called back and left a message saying I was expecting them next day. Heard nothing back. Came to my house and did a shoddy job reviewing where a leak originated from. Took a photo of a rusty screw nowhere near where the water damage occurred. Not impressed.

Really impressed. The two gentlemen that came and assessed and found the leak at my home were fantastic. They were friendly, professional, informative and offered valuable advice. Most importantly they found the source of the leak within 30min, something 3 other trade companies were not able to do.
