Artie came by to give me an estimate on a new install. My existing system was outdated to say the least. While the estimate wasn't the lowest, I found Artie to be extremely insightful. I didn't expect to learn so much about grass. Anyway, I went with National and couldn't be happier. Thanks guys.
Artie came by to estimate the cost of my house. What really set him and Natlawn apart was his ability to create a picture of what the property would look like once the job is complete. I opted for new sod, which cost a bit more, but I couldn't be happier. The summer BBQs were a hit. Very green with many compliments!
John is a wonderful man to work with. Made and kept his promises, was willing to work with me on price and the yards and garden system work perfectly.
John and his team did a wonderful job installing a new system around my home. At first I was reluctant, as their price was not the cheapest. However, I have had bad experiences with cheap contractors in the past. I was pleasantly surprised to see the patience and professionalism of the team as they answered my questions, performed the install, and made final adjustments. Very happy!
Wonderful experience from start to finish. John was professional and courteous, as was his team. We had questions about a particular spot of grass, which seemed to be getting a bit brown. The team explained why and after installation and new grass, the brown spot disappeared and never returned! Very happy and I recommend to friends and family.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Get ready for random charges on your bill and extremely rude people on the phone....TERRIBLE! I generally don't write reviews but feel obligated to warn others given the really poor service.
Incredibly bad! Two years ago they winterized my system for the first time. In the following spring I found a large sprinkler right next to where they attach the hose for the pressured air, broken in two. No way to prove this had happened four months ago when they operated the area. Yesterday it happened again. After they were done, I found the sprinkler, broken in two once more. Not a word that they had caused damage, they simply left, obviously hoping we would not notice the damage until the spring. And probably even hopin... read more
Excellent Customer Service! Used the best products available. Came back when we had questions regarding the system. Excellent price. Overall, the best company out there, in our opinion.
