I went in for a service and ended up having a concerning painful reaction. I reached out multiple times to express my concerns and sent photos, but no one ever followed up or reached out to assess me in person. I had to go to another provider just to get checked out. I had the CoolPeel done last month and I can’t wait to have another one! The numbing cream really helped the procedure be near painless. My face was uncomfortable, as to be expected with a CO2 laser, after the numbing cream wore off. I tried out the Loumé Cooling Gel and immediately felt relief. It took away the pinkness too. That evening I washed my face with a gentle cleanser. I pinked up and was uncomfortable again. I put more of the Cooling Gel on and once again, had immediate relief. This was the best experience I’ve ever had going into a learning environment. Cici and all of the instructors are so amazing, so informative and so kind! I love the in person clinical’s and having hands on training with all of the different lasers. The NLI space is gorgeous and I cannot wait to see it fully ready to go! Love Cici and the staff so much!
