I couldn't be prouder of the way Bobby Spivey accepted our most difficult challenge in selling 40 acres of property located in Richmond County. There were many beneficiaries of the sale, and it was very complicated, but Bobby (with his professional knowledge and attitude) got it accomplished, FINALLY! We are all so grateful we had Bobby Spivey with National Land Realty!!!

Yay!!! Thank you!! Thank you!! Bobby was a big help on closing the land we purchased. Every phone call was answered and that is a big plus for me because I would rather have a conversation on the phone than to go back in fourth in emails. He guided us in the right direction from surveying to getting all paperwork done with the lawyer. Thank You so much again, We truly appreciate all you did to help with this big purchase.

We worked with Peter M. (In NC) on a 17.5 acre parcel that were following for nearly a year, that had come off the market. Peter was able to bring the sellers back to the table after we sold our house and broker a deal. Even though he was the sellers realtor, he treated us professionally. He was responsive, honest and ethical. We probably would not have ended up with this property were it not for him. THANKS PETER!
