Jason Bledsoe deserves so much more than five stars. He negotiated a long term lease for me on property in Pershing County, Nevada. He identified the property as being integral to a larger solar project he was working on for the developers. He persevered until we made contact. He is friendly and comfortable, but most of all, he is intuitive. He negotiated for me when he knew I didn't know what I was doing.
