Called 5+ times, texted, voicemail, called the office, over the course of a week and still can’t get any response from the listing agent Aaron Sutton. This property has been sitting for 200 days and I’m a cash buyer that can’t get a response. This seller has damages, my offer will be lower because of this headache and who knows how many offers the sellers didn’t hear about because this companies incompetence.
