If I could give a zero I would. I have been trying to get a hold of the listing agent and left messages and no response. I tried calling the office and left messages and still no response. How do you sell your listings if you don’t answer the phone or respond back. Very disappointing.

Clif Holloman exceeded all my expectations. Although experienced in other types of real estate, this was my first land sale. Clif guided me properly and made the experience relaxed and fun. Called 5+ times, texted, voicemail, called the office, over the course of a week and still can’t get any response from the listing agent Aaron Sutton. This property has been sitting for 200 days and I’m a cash buyer that can’t get a response. This seller has damages, my offer will be lower because of this headache and who knows how many offers the sellers didn’t hear about because this companies incompetence.
