If I could give this place a 0 i would. I specifically told the sales lady that I was looking for earrings for my daughter because the stones from the old ones I bought at an actual jewelry store fell off. She insisted saying that this will not happen and that she’s had her own for over 15 years and has never had any problems. as soon as I got home, I tried to twist off the back pin and the stone fell off when I came back to get it fixed. These people will scam you they sell cheap jewelry that breaks within a week and say take me for instance... I took it in to them to get it fixed because apparently they won't exchange it nor refund my money even if they know it's their fault for selling cheap quality gold, I paid them to fix it and guess what it breaks in same spot next day.. then I take it to them and they want to charge me to fix it again lol man this place is a JOKE.....NEVER AGAIN! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN! DONT DO IT GUYS!

Very misleading she had a thing this was Mexican gold? It was gold-filled but not very honest letting people know they were selling gold-filled jewelry! Do not buy they would not help or make right instead of the you to spend more money for gold field pieces

I had a terrible experience at National Jewelry. The woman who helped us is completely dishonest and misleading. When we came in, she asked if we were looking for silver, and we clearly told her no—we wanted real gold. She then showed us several bracelets and told us they were 10k and 14k gold. We picked a bracelet that she said was originally $1,100, and she offered it to us for $700. Based on her word and how the items were presented, we trusted that we were purchasing solid gold. My sister asked for a price on a bracelet lady took it out but held on to the bracelet like if we wanted to steal it didnt even let us look at it. Lady was rude will never buy anything from there ever bad service..
