I had a terrible experience at National Jewelry. The woman who helped us is completely dishonest and misleading. When we came in, she asked if we were looking for silver, and we clearly told her no—we wanted real gold. She then showed us several bracelets and told us they were 10k and 14k gold. My sister asked for a price on a bracelet lady took it out but held on to the bracelet like if we wanted to steal it didnt even let us look at it. Lady was rude will never buy anything from there ever bad service..

Earrings broke on me too so only have one left smh but the gold is real 10k got it looked at pawn shops 🤷

They also told me that they would not refund me my. Money on a chain and charm I bought always say to come back when owners are there yet they never are but I AM GOING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND THEFT

Save your money! Their jewelry is fake I bought a necklace & pendent for $300 & I took it to 5 pawn shops & all 5 said it was gold plated. They refused to refund me my money just avoid this place at all cost!
