The front desk Karens are just so good at making you feel unwelcome. Like it’s part of their job to consistently be doing that to soldiers. Especially the biggest of them. Just acts like she’s a “final boss’ type.
Decent clinic but the desk attendant clerk Gabi is extremely impatient and rude. You can tell she does not enjoy her job and she uses an increasingly condescending tone when speaking with soldiers. Civilians like that should not work in the DOD if you don’t like your job find a new one. Stop treating soldiers like they’re stupid thank you.
Dr. Valero Is a great neurologist, I've some weird uncommon conditions making my life hell; but he took the time to really see what's going on and explained it to me, he has a great knowledge; very professional. If you go inside hopeless I promise you'll come out with hopes of getting your life back.
So far my experience was greeted by an extremely rude lady. There were 4 people in line waiting to check in, was completely ignored by her. Then another member from this center, came from her office to greet and assist the line. Then the clerk picked who she wanted to tell who had to wear mask. When it should apply to EVERYONE. I will update pending the rest of my experience. (This was the 2425 bldg)
If I had the opportunity to do more treatment here I'd take it in a heartbeat. Thank you to all the staff at Intrepid Spirit Center.
