I had a terrible experience with Fred Loya Insurance. My parked car was hit by a painter in front of my house, and despite having a police report clearly stating the painter was at fault and repair estimates totaling $3,864.06, Fred Loya only offered to pay $1,264.02 without even inspecting the damage. They refused to negotiate or reconsider their decision. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I highly recommend filing a complaint with the Colorado Department of Insurance.
