Was skeptical about this place but went in anyway because I needed insurance. I was with Q and she was funny and professional. She made me comfortable and explained things in a way i could understand. I ended up getting insurance with a decent rate and good advice from Q. So far Im good with my insurance.

I just want to say that every car that is insured by Fred Loya Insurance should have a bumper sticker stating this. This way everyone is aware they will not be properly compensated for the repairs on their vehicles that was damaged by their insurance.

Fred Loya's client hit my 4Runner. After three weeks, they finally accepted fault and told me to have my SUV serviced. With parts shortages, it took almost another month to get it fixed. In the meantime, Fred Loya makes you pay out the rental car out of your pocket, and they try to reimburse $26 a day. You can not rent an SUV, for $26 a day. Ridiculous.. It opens at 10am - i get there about 1040am, lights on door locked and nobody there.. I call the # on door the girls tells yes they are open someone should be there.. puts me on hold then says shes calling there no answer!?. Im sitting in parking lot in front of office this whole time.. A guy pulls up gets out of his car "carrying a bag of food" ... WOW! ITS BREAK TIME ALREADY??? I go in to pay my insurance payment he says if your paying cash i have no change it has to be exact!! You can come back i close at 2pm... read more
