I only gave one star because zero stars are not an option. The inspector who came to our new home missed many things such as a toilet not seated on the floor and an HVAC unit that was 30 years old that was only supposed to last for 15. There were other things that were listed that were not explained.
I'm sad I have to give this business even one star. Since we moved into our home we have found many items that were not brought to our attention. One toilet was not seated on the floor and needed to be replaced to be safe. The sink in that bathroom was clogged and drained extremely slowly. While there were issues with the HVAC system a skilled inspector should have known that the unit was 15 years past its usable life span. I have selected all services online and the quote says Radon Test and Mold Inspection cost $0 along with home inspection ($475) and Termite inspection ($145). So I paid at full price before the service and then I received a home inspection report without the Radon Test and Mold Inspection. My account shows I have signed Radon Agreement and Mold Agreement.
