Very nice pepple. Small building, however, they are looking for property to build a facility to hold the rigs inside. Only reason for four stars. The rigs right now are stored neatly outside.
I had retro bands and safety steer installed at NIRC in Manassas Virginia. My service advisor was Demond Grooms and he and his team did a marvelous outstanding job in getting my installation done and me back on the road. They do great work and after having had a major blowout in my front right steer tire, I wanted to make the investment of putting retro bands on my tires. I talked with Karen over the phone about everything on the van and price. She gave me an awesome deal plus she was very informative and very nice. She answered all our questions. Made us feel important and felt very ‘at home.’ I would recommend anyone to ask for her. Thank you! Brad was the person who went over the whole van with us.
