Charles performed my CT scan and has an amazing bedside manner. I was in and out ,no waiting. Very professional. I have been here before for testing and had similar experience.
This has to be the worst imaging office in the world. The nurse that tried to find a vein I told her where to go. She didn’t wanna hear me. She went to my other arm dug around in my arm like she’s trying to get olives out of a jar. then she went to my other arm. I got it right here. No let me try here. she dug around there. Finally she went to where I told her to go .she Hit it right away, she had the worst attitude of any nurse i’ve ever had. Everyone was nice but, I had to wait a long time. Because the person that did my MRI wasn't there? And there was a Lingering smell that made me sick to my Stomach And I found it weird that they didn't have the headphones to put in your ears instead of ear plugs? I'm sensitive to ear plugs. Other then that it was Ok! I think I'll try to find another place if I have to get another MRI?
