I wish I could give them 10 stars. My wife unfortunately needs oxygen at home and also tanks in the car for travelling. Brandon the rep at the hospital meeting us in our hospital room dropped off the travel tank. (10 stars). He also lined up Tony who coordinated a home oxygen concentrator that will be needed for my wife at home the next day. But when I called Tony he wasn't feeling well and didn't come to work. Solicitamos el servicio por dos mese y se entrego la maquina del oxigen y aun nos siguen cobrando que segun tengo la maquina cuando ya se entrego y no me pueden resolver el problema aun 2024 desde el julio 2023
The rep came to being oxygen broke the wheel and was supposed to come back the next day with replacement no show contacted the office and was told it will be sent out today no show called them again and was told a supervisor will call me. No call and no response. Unprofessional
Fortunately, I never went with this company. I got a call from Tammy to set up service on March 18; 39 days after being told by my doctor that I needed a cpap. She was very rude, not once, but TWICE. I called my insurance company and asked them to send the authorization to a different company. Looks like I made the right decision.
Worst experience of my life!!!!!! Enough said!!!!!!
