Terrible!!! NHIC is supposed to insure 2-10 Home Buyers "Warranty". The slab in my home has dropped 3" and how has 42' x 3" cracks throughout, as well as numerous drywall cracks, door jamb severely separating, cracked tile, cracked brick, brick separating from slab, etc. NHIC said that it's not a "Structural Defect". I've been in insurance claims for 10 years and I handled numerous sinkhole claims. If my damages do not classify as "Structural", then what does their warranty actually cover??
