This company on 2 separate occasions illegally charged my mother’s debit card WITHOUT HER PERMISSION and over drew her bank account. I’m concerned with this company integrity. Do NOT give them your banking information!! Cashier’s check’s are the only form of payment going forward.
I want to bring attention to the pretty young lady who manages the office. Alicia, I'm sure that she is a super hero! She gives above and beyond for the company. She has never let the needs of clients go without some resolve. Because they are very short handed she has the responsibility of doing the jobs of the staff that are no longer there, she will also go the extra and care for clients.
