I had a very disappointing experience with National Home Healthcare. The owner/manager’s customer service was extremely unfriendly and made the interaction feel uncomfortable. I also found the pricing to be significantly higher compared to other options available. In one instance, when I attempted to return an item, I was not allowed to take back my return receipt, which was concerning and left me unsure about the process. Better than excellent. The manager goes to Toronto once monthly to deliver my medical supplies. All the staff are very friendly and very helpful!!! They best customer service I have ever found.
I called in looking for a rental wheelchair and Rachel was super helpful and informative. She set us up with everything over the phone and the process was super quick. Highly recommend
