My wife & I have used National Hills Goodyear for most every car maintenance need we have ever encountered since moving to Augusta 5 years ago. It is family owned and operated by the Coopers, and they have earned out trust many times over. They are fair and honest, and not once have we felt they tried to sell us on a service we did not truly need. We HIGHLY recommend!
I went into good year today on June 18, 2013 and got a tire changed for which I paid full price without any discount. The employee at good year broke my programable key when he pulled my car up to change the tire. I pointed this out to him that he had broken my key and he proceeded to change my tire outside without any comments. I then went and spoke to the manager on duty who did not take any charge of the situation and proceeded to charge me for the tire.
