if you are looking for a dependable, professional, and knowledgeable company for your AC work then use NATIONAL AIR heating and cooling Juan and his workers have been our go to guys on many of our home flips. What I like most about this company is I trust them. A few times we thought we needed to replace A unit, but Juan said it was fixable. He keeps it simple and he gives you options. This company did a remodle/flip of a home that I eventually bought. When I had to run the AC, and the humidity went up due to monsoon season, the AC (which was brand new) didn't work. This company couldn't come for several days so I called a more local company to troubleshoot. I was informed that THIS company did not install the unit correctly to the ducting, and water/condensation was backing up in the air ducting and into the wood framing. Terrible customer service. We’re supposed to have repairs completed today and despite reaching out to this company for the last two days we’ve gotten zero response. We’ll take our money elsewhere.
