I’ll admit, I was hesitant to write this review because, selfishly, I don’t want Chris to get so busy that I can’t get on his schedule! That said, I have to give credit where it’s due. Not a "sales-tech" (which is a good thing), he's a genuinely good guy! I originally called him out for a new system quote since I already had my furnace "diagnosed" by another company to be a total loss but instead he gave me a few things to try first, some tips/tricks on how to do them, and ultimately I was able to revive my old furnace for relatively cheap and it's working better than ever! You don't get this kind of service anymore, and he's certainly earned my top recommendation for anyone in the area.
