I do not recommend this agency to no one. We only been with this agency for about seven months. The owner Jerome is very unprofessional, disrespectful and does not communicate. In this industry you will mostly have female caregivers of female patients. This agency doesn’t provide any type of compassion for the family. I’ve had on two occasions; where no one came out to care for my mom; even when the communication is given ahead of time. I always had to ask for an update.
