I placed an order for 1 roll of tape through the Shop app. It updated the next day to shipped and then it updated to refunded as I now hadn't ordered the MoQ of 18 rolls which was not anywhere on the listing and I was hoping to try it out first. A year ago I ordered glue sticks which stated would arrive in several days only to receive an update email that said it would arrive in two months. They didn't even bother contacting me personally other than to just cancel the order. Very unprofessional company.
GOOD VENDORS
They never shipped my item. Lied many times saying it was shipped gave inconsistent dates when asked when it was shipped first they said the 14th then they said the 15th. Then they said they shipped by a third party and then Canada Post will receive it and the tracking will update. This makes no sense I paid for shipping by Canada Post not a third party. Secondly that doesn't make any sense because the shipping method I selected covers from point a to point b so using a third party middleman between that service would be an ... read more
They are very good and polite And the price is fair, I always buy Tape and some more stuff from them I recommend people to go there
