I've worked at National Grid Renewables for 3 years and have loved every minute of it. Really take care of their employees and also go out of their way to take care of the community and landowners.

Says that with bringing their building of solar panels they are giving back to the community by buying food for their workers from local restaurants. What they don't tell you is they order $2000+ of food for delivery get a local mom and pop restaurant to bring in their employees early to help make the order. Then they only tip $50 on that delivery order knowing that the owner said the employees can split the tip because the owner was expecting them to tip like a normal person and give at least 15-20% not only 2.5%
