Didn’t receive a bill for Feb or March so I called several times asking where my delayed bill is and the customer reps had no clue. April comes along and they send me 3 hefty bills for April then the rep says “We took off late fees” Late fees? Late fees for the bills you were NEVER sending? This company sucks big time!
Impossible to get National Grid's attention for dead trees that could fall on power lines. Impossible to get customer service to explain why my bill has gone from $240 in January to $379 in March. Nothing has changed in my house to explain this drastic increase.
Using Speedpay for payments consistently charges my MC twice for the same balance amount. It's impossible to reach grid or speedpay billing as they only give you options to pay again. Horrible service
It's gotten too expensive paying over $400 a month during winter months. Not affordable.
There is no way of contacting National Grid to pay your bill. They also make it hard to make a one time payment online. Not sure what I should do.
