not enough preventative action for Tree trimming, same transformers blow, same wires fall
We have been national grid customers for over 20 years here and Malden Massachusetts my biggest issue as calling in to national grid and having To sit on hold for 34 minutes waiting for someone to answer the line for a simple question on a tenant account. I can't do any less online because the system will not allow it you can only put in your workout. We have had a branch wrapped in vines hanging off our line for >1 month. We have called multiple times and so have our neighbors. Someone comes out every time to tell us that this needs attention and that they should have trimmed this before it happened. In the last week we started to have the lights dim and the internet go on and off. Another visit. why do you have a page to stop service on your website, but you do not actually use the request to stop the service after filling out all the info? Nothing like having to pay for over a week of electricity when you don't live there.
National Grid is the WORST utility company I have ever had to work with. They do NOT care about the customer, they do NOT care at all about anything except their own bottom line.
