CRAZY I GOT SHUT OFF AT 12:30PM FOR FIRST TIME EVER. OVER A $685 DOLLAR BILL! IT HAS BEEN ON AUTO PAY FOR 11YRS. AND APPEARENTLY IT WASNT PAID FOR 2 MONTHS. NO NOTICE IN EMAIL THAT I HAVE HAD FOR 25 YEARS, OR REGULAR MAIL. JUST SHUT OFF. I PAID IT 30MINS AFTER POWER WAS SHUT OFF, ON SPEED PAY AND GAVE SERVICE REP ON PHONE CONFIRMATION AS WELL. This is ridiculous. They need to change policy on their company or give a heads up! I wanted to transfer my service to a new location. Don't EVER do it on their website. They send me confirmation they received it. But no! Put me on hold for an hour just to tell me they never receive my request and have to wait for 2 days to get my service back on. I'm so mad they don't tell me in advance about a schedule service BUT they have to wait for the previous owner to be disconnected then i have to add my ownership to it.
They are so unprofessional got customers on hold for over 2 hr no matter the time of day is truly awful with all the free money they are stealing from people in this free world smh.
The worst electric company I have ever felt with in my life! They keep changing times when someone is supposed to fix the issues. I’ve sat on the phone 20 plus minutes for three days and half the time no gives you any answers! This is extremely frustrating as a mother of two small children.
