they hire people who dont know basic words like "no you can not" and "no, that is not yours to park on". will even try to tell you to come back to your own house in an "hour? or so?"
Absolutely HORRIBLE company Everyone iv talked to is rude No one helps you I pay my bill money sits there pending for over a week every time then they return the payment Saying I didn’t pay Then try to shut off my power I will call them to figure this out and I get the run around and no one can help me Then they want more money because it’s “late” I’m so over this horrible company
Worst customer service. Very unprofessional and rude people in call center they always fight with you. They don’t have a heart to help anyone. Terrible teriible experience. Never call them. If i had an other option for ges and electricity, I will switch immediatly.
Me and my fiancé will be switching providers. These people are too trigger happy when it comes to shutting off power. They really don’t care about people who are struggling. I was supposed to get a follow up on a plan to pay them and they never got back to me. We will never use national grid again.
The customer service is awful. I wish there’s a negative five star option.
