Waited for more than hours just to answer the call. They disconnected the call at the end useless service
They are the mafia. They do whatever they want. Maybe one day you’ll get a decent tech whose wife isn’t cheating on them and he’ll connect your gas.
Worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. National Grid is an embarrassment to the well-run, legit businesses in the state of NY. Of course we don't get a choice so we're stuck with the incompetent, greedy ne'er-do-wells that run this heartless and brainless company. Just another reason not to move to NY State...or to move somewhere else.
All the workers that I talk to give me different amounts of payment plans and different amounts of payments that I have to pay. I do not know what is going on but all of y’all should be on the same page when it comes to people’s bills. This is ridiculous now, and I am starting to get aggravated and irritated by the different number of payments I am supposed to pay. And have been going through this for three years now, this is f ing ridiculous.
If I could give 0 stars I would Put in a transfer notice 10/01 got all the conformation emails by 10/04 called 10/10 to make sure everything was set up and ready for the 10/11 start up was told everything’s set up for the next days start up I should receive a call 15-30 minutes before they arrive because I need to let them into my basement for the gas . 10/11 no call so I called ticket wasn’t even given to a tech excuse was a mess up in their system.
