National Grid has about as many problems as you would expect a big electrical company to have, but their customer service is absolutely outstanding. I especially must compliment Brenda, a long-time customer service representative whom I spoke to on the phone regarding a billing issue. She was friendly, she listened to me thoroughly, and she got to the point while being very nice and treating my situation with care. On hold for an hour and was hung up on without even getting to speak to anyone
In and out for my delivery! Only 30 minutes spent here
I always thought emergency vehicles with flashing lights and sirens were the only ones who didn't have to obey traffic laws and signs but apparently National Grid trucks can also not obey traffic laws and signs as well! Guess I learn something new every day!
