RecommendedChristine was extremely thorough, up front, and gave me full confidence that my antique, heirloom baptismal gown was in good hands (over 100 years old). Despite the challenges of a two-piece garment, rusted closures, and extremely delicate hand-tatted lacework, the gown came out exquisitely, and is safely stored in its archival box under the bed. I really loved working with National Gown Cleaners. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have used the company twice and in both cases I was pleased with the results. I first had my daughters wedding gown cleaned and it came out perfect. I later returned with my grandmother's gown and had it restored. Although it was a lengthy process, I was very pleased with the results and I now have a restored gown that I can heirloom to my grandchildren one day.
