They are super friendly, and the prices are reasonable. The young lady at the desk was very helpful and they got the window fixed in no time and back to me the same day. Love love love them.

I dropped a small frame for a glass replacement fairly early on November 10th and was told 3-5 days because it had to be tempered. I paid the bill, I assume they ordered the glass. Fast forward to today, 7 days (5 business days) later. I called at 9.30 this morning and was told the technician was already out on calls and would return in a few hours and the glass was on hand. Apparently they order the glass and then reassemble the frame on-site. I called again some six hours later to check on progress and am now being told it... read more

So helpful! We had a front window break and we were trying to get it fixed as soon as possible for as little as possible but still looking for quality and this place did it! Have used them for years. They bid a job recently and made an error. Would not price match other bid and Tiffany said for two weeks she would call me back after researching with their supplier a price. Never called me back and I stopped calling. They need to be aware that there are other businesses serving the west side that care about their clients.
