Paid almost $8,000 dollars over 2 months ago and no gas! We currently have 1 child in ICU with pneumonia and the other sick here at home. They have told us to be patient and that it will be done in September, then October and still no gas line. It’s unbelievable how a company can take your money, dodge your phone calls and just completely leave you literally in the cold.
National Fuel employees are consistently incompetent and rude whenever an issue arises.
