Allen really my team & i understand how to operate the new system. he was really knowledgeable about the product & knew how & what to present. he was very professional & friendly. anytime a question or concern has came up, allen has been very helpful & experienced when I have reached out.
Scott was a God send. We had been waiting for parts for our spiral mixer for nearly 16 weeks, limping along without our primary mixer. And within an hour he had us back in business and operational! He was kind, efficient, and transparent with us throughout the process. He recommended a repair that saved us both money and time, and I couldn’t be more thankful! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Received great service from their technician on a same day call on 5/29. Came out to diagnose a fryer. Tried a couple of fixes, one of them involved replacing a thermostat. He thought it was fixed, left the site and 20 mins later the same issue happened. Called the office no problem they dispatched him again. This time he realized it wasn't the Thermostat and I asked would we still have to pay for the new thermostat and he mentioned no he'd remove it and order the other part we needed.
