I agree with the other reviews as far as friendly staff. Oh they’re great as long as they’re helping you with a high interest loan and adding some BS insurance policy to your loan that “you have to have.” I’ve always declined these sort of things for this very reason but was told this is required to put insurance on my collateral. I had a wreck on July 17th and my insurance contacted NFC for payoff amount.
