One of your field representatives committed theft in our home. The representative Johnny Ramirez based out of Sparta New Jersey came to our home to conduct an insurance inspection on behalf of Cenlar Mortgage. He stole property from my home, admitted to stealing the property and it has been recorded. We are pursuing criminal charges against this individual, notifying the state, attorney general, and other relative agencies. I applied for a remote position with this company which I was well qualified for. I was sent a speed test, which was passed and returned to the company in a timely manner, then crickets. I reached out twice to follow-up but Marianne Longello didn't have the courtesy to reply. Not very professional. I think it's important to let companies know where they need improvement so they can strive to rise to the standards that they would expect from others that they deal with or from their own employees.
