The Veterans healthcare had been sending me here for years. The pharmacist is rude. Hates veterans. I understand now why the veterans healthcare system started using Vaughn's pharmacy.
I work for a medical clinic. I was contacted by the pharmacist on a prescription written for one of our patients. He was rude and non cooperative, before HANGING UP ON ME. I then found out that he had been holding on to this prescription for 3 days before calling on it. The medication was for a health condition that will have onset of symptoms if the patient goes without. I have been using this Pharmacy for just a little over a year and I've never had any problems rude or otherwise but all the pharmacist I've ever came in contact with are females there's been a male there but I don't know who he is and I've never heard or seen anyone be rude they even called my doctor to get a new prescription for my cancer medication thanks National for the good service
My Father who is a vet and was wearing a Vet hat the day he came in sick was simply trying to get his medicine which had been transferred from another pharmacy. To say he was treated with disrespect would be an understatement. Jeff treated my Father horribly and should be ashamed of himself for treating someone who was sick and a combat vet and a cancer survivor so badly. I hope you lose your job soon because you have no business working around people since you ovioudly have no idea how to treat them.
I have been using National Family Pharmacy for a number of years and would highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone. They greet me with smiles every time that I walk in, they have treated me like family and have even helped me save money on Rx's. Love this home town pharmacy!!!
Everytime i went in there i was told something else and when u try to ask them questions they seem to busy and get tirritated with u if you like poor service and short answers this is the place 4 you (hence 5min in and out dont have time) they honestly threaten to call the police on me cause they didn't wont to answer my questions are work and find out the problem its ok cause Anderson's Pharmacy not only worked to find the problem but also answered all my questions
My wife went up there to pick up the prescription informed her that he wasn't making enough money off of that prescription she would have take your business elsewhere he turned around and walked off cost of profit margin he's just another greasy clog in the big Pharmacy all the ways dad used to do business pisspore co.
I just moved to the Fort Smith area and am so far generally unfamiliar with pharmacies around. I called this pharmacy to try and track down an increasingly difficult to find medication. First, I have to wonder where all the positive reviews have come from. I spent 10 minutes on the phone and they have lost my business forever. Poor service, bad attitudes, and a very disrespectful pharmacist who I believe owns it. I guess he's a big guy so he can yell and scream at women.
