Had a great Eyecare appt with lensecrafters at Chapel Hills Mall in Colorado Springs. The team gave me a thorough checkout and I just some new glasses with that prescription- and now my vision is super sharp. I am very pleased with their service & highly recommend them.
All of the staff are very helpful, friendly and nice. They answered all my questions and explained the answers very well. Best experience that I have had at eye Dr. I didn't feel rushed to pick out glasses or pressured to get any upgrades. Helped me figure out what size and Brand of eye glasses to pick from so glasses would fit well. The Dr. is very nice and went into detail and explained each part of the exam very well. Very thorough.
I made an appointment for an eye exam 2 weeks in advance. I received 2-3 emails per day and a total of 12 text message reminders to be on time, have your copay ready, register your account, upload your insurance, we don’t take your insurance etc.. I went to my appointment and they told me they were 45 minutes behind, that it was a virtual exam and please pay $138 NOW! I left and went 1 mile down the road for an in person exam for $89 ON TIME. I don’t recommend this provider.
The representative was great. They were patient and took time to make sure I had all the information to make the best decision.
