Very professional and thorough exam. Dee is great!!
I wasn't sure to expect from the virtual visit, but the team had everything ready and were really helpful through the process. They even made sure to price compare some of my options for me.
I had to wait 30 minutes for a virtual doctor to appear on the screen for the doctor consultation part of the visit. The technician explained that the doctor was servicing 4 different states that day. Then the person helping with frames was helping 3 clients at a time because they were short-staffed. They also didn't accept cash or my major commercial health insurance (and I know other eyecare places do). I won't be going back there!
