This establishment has terrible Customer service. Went to get pricing on glasses and a specific employee that is a female was very rude. Practically forcing me to buy very expensive frames despite me asking for something more within my price range. Constantly muttering under her breath in Spanish profanities.

It started with a Wrong prescription, after complaining then I was told I had Cataract so why did they want me to pay for new prescription when they new from the first exam I had cataract and I needed to take care of that first then come back. Because it took some time to get a appointment and surgery they refused to put the right lenses and had the nerve to say they spent a lot of money doing that.
