Eric is always on time.. even a few min early. We never have had issues since he has been coming. He does a very thorough job. He is polite and does an amazing job.
Very Disappointing Experience — Poor Customer Service I wanted to share my experience with National Exterminator so other homeowners can make an informed decision before doing business with this company. During the installation of their termite bait system at my home, several PVC water lines and parts of my sprinkler system were damaged. The damage left my home without water until repairs could be arranged. Great customer service the lady in the office hooked me up with some stuff and set up an appointment and the technician Joseph called me that same day and was able to work around my schedule and arrive on time and explained everything to me in great detail and walked me through everything he could do for me and everything that was included in my contract
Our Technician Eric does an Excellent job. We have know problems with bugs or anything. This is a great company to use.
My wife, Kathy, and I are so thankful for our pest control technician, Justin Pinnell. He is so prompt, always on time, and very conscientious and professional. We hope you will consider giving him extra paid time off as a result of his continued excellent service.
