Professional. Courteous. Outstanding. We have been customers for over 20 years and have appreciated all of our technicians. Kevin is absolutely the best!! Kevin texts with enough days notice, is always prompt and polite, and services the property thoroughly. He is friendly and gets the job done right! Don't listen pests & bugs---I don't want to jinx it--but this is the best it's been since we moved here.
Technician Jeremy does an excellent job. Excellent customer service. He communicates with scheduling and adjust with customer’s schedule with no issues. Office staff has good customer service.
Well, well, well!!! What I thought I was getting when I switched a year ago was a locally owned and customer centric / focused pest control company. The sales rep totally sold me on their termite protection and I paid in advance for a 1 year term. When my next invoice was due I paid it well in advance. During that time I fully expected to get a call from National to schedule a check of my bait traps. A month goes by and no call. Another month goes by and still no call. I’m very unhappy with National’s service’s. They have been here 3 times in 2 months and still having bug issues. Ants, spiders, springtails (which are super hard to get rid of) , and the occasional cockroach. They guarantee their services and come back whenever called, but obviously the spray being used is not working or maybe they need to locate where they are coming from and spray the grass and outside better.
