DO NOT HIRE! Hired on 2/1/23 and signed a contract to repair roof damage. We have had multiple leaks in the same spot since we hired them. They failed and did an ineffective job. On 1/9/24 we had water leaking from the same exact area hired to repair in roof, it had only been 11 months since hired for the initial repair. Do not use them!!!! Hired them for mitigation and roof repair services. Owner John scammed me over $3000 to “repair” roof. A year later roof is still leaking and owner won’t fix it or take responsibility. The water is coming into my 2 year old room and now he can sleep or use the room again. We provided the owner the property adjusters report of the roof damage to be repaired. The owner said the insurance company isn’t going to approve paying my roof and that I would need to be invoiced for those repairs. I felt pressure to ... read more
Horrible, John who is the owner is cocky, rude and a liar. He gave me 3 different quotes then tried to get about 75% upfront . I declined the 1st contract because it said nothing about the repairs we spoke about, the second one I signed, then he tried to give me a 3rd one with crazy requirements. I waited almost a month for him to do the work, only to have him back out at the last min because he didn't want to own up to his lies after I sent him screen shots of what he previously sent. When I first contacted National exteriors I spoke with Keith who was extremely helpful and diligent in assisting me. I am a realtor and needed the roof replaced for a listing that was under contract.
