I attended the Eat Well Live Well event hosted by this company last weekend. They also host the TO Food & Drink Fest. I have to say I have been to a lot of events that are in the food, wellness, and health space. This was by a far one of the better ones. Excellent selection of vendors. A significant amount of samples and great freebies when you left. The stages had programming going non stop. I found this event to be really well done and I enjoyed it as a consumer.
