They're awesome !!! I had a very special project for my son and was about to give up as other vendors said it could not be done. They took the challenge, got it done on time and for a very reasonable price. From the first phone contact to the first in person discussion, it was clear they wanted to invest the time to understand what I wanted and show me options on what could be done. I just picked up the piece yesterday and it surpassed all my expectations.

National Etching refuses to support the Thin Blue Line. They claim this does not mean they do not support law enforcement yet no explanation is given for the reasoning. “ Our unwillingness to etch the Thin Blue Line in no way undercuts our support for law enforcement.” Think twice before you use this company.

National Etching is the best! I just purchased some labels for my baskets and had a very limited timeframe so I could get them up on my new etsy store. Steve worked with me every step of the way to get my layout just right, he printed them that same day and shipped them out the next. I had them two days later!! Very impressive customer service. I'll be back again and again.
