These people are quick to accept your money and always promised to NOT keep their promise. This Rental Company should be known for not upholding their end of the promises that they make before the tenant moves in. They seem to quickly forget!! I have not had a door bell "ever". Shannon said that I would be getting a door bell, my garage doors fixed, since they never worked, ever; either the door bell or garage doors. Terrible company to deal with. If they had an option for no stars i would. My wife and i did an application recently and we were told we would have a response by Monday and we never did. We were told the previous Friday that everything looked good, just waiting on the managers approval. They get your hopes up just to deny you. They don’t answer the phone, will not respond to voicemail and will not return emails in a timely manner.
My wife and I have been with this company almost 6 years. We have had the best experience with dealing with property management and higher up corporate with anything needed. I would refer them to any of my friends and family. They really help you get a fresh start when you need a helping hand!! Troyce Ballew
I would give this company 0 stars. Went to view a home that they just renovated. It was a disaster. They replaced all the flooring and kitchen counters, yet the trim going into the master bedroom didn’t come down to the floor so when they replaced the flooring they didn’t bother fixing or replacing the trim. They re painted this place and it’s horrible. Wall paint is touching the ceilings in every room and Sheetrock and drywall was not sanded good anywhere. Wall paint is all over the bathroom counters.
