Same experience like others, they don't care about others
Horrible horrible service. There staff just doesn't not care about the need of their customers. Reports same old status to me every time I call. Meeting held on 10 March should not take a month to provide an outcome of the meeting.

Marcos was really efficient today with my request and helpful, five-star service getting my problem resolved in 15 minutes
Wendy was in a complete rush the entirety of our conversation. She interrupted me multiple times and was very condescending and disorganized. Most of the time when they do send over lists of providers most are not in network and I end up having to call so many offices and check myself. Very inconvenient and frustrating.
