This Benefit Administrator is a joke. I work in a dental office and in a sea of inefficient insurance companies I have to deal with on a regular basis, NEBA stands out as being the single worst to work with by a LOT. I've been waiting a week to get an email or call back from them with basic patient information. It's 2026. Most of this information should be readily accessible online. They should lose their contracts with the employers that use them because their methods are stuck in 1993.
Trying to get union to drop these people. They claim they can't find anything, don't want to do their jobs and are worthless. Hospital overcharging people and neba doesn't care. I'd rather talk directly with anthem as their employees are friendly. Waste of paying these ppl for anything. Lazy and never know anything they should.
