I've sent to their office the change of address in december. I'm waiting for the cheque since more than one month. In the second week of january a letter was sent to the old address. I requested a call from Ms. Courtney in end of January. No call so far. Today I tried to reach Ms. Courtney, either I got hunged up or her line was busy. I tried to reach the service team, suddenly they don't answer the phone. I'm just frustrated with their Customer Service.
Disappointing how they take care of their retirees. They make up every excuse not to pay out a benefit.
The representative that I spoke to was rude, and disrespectful. The worst experience I have had dealing with anyone in customer service . When I asked to speak to a Manager or Supervisor she told me there were none. When I asked to be transferred to the voicemail of a supervisor or manager she refused and ignored my multiple requests. I began recording the conversation because of how disrespectful I was being spoken to. So unfortunate.
Don’t bother calling customer service because they don’t call you back, they’re not helpful at all, I have had an issue going on for over two months. Awesome.
Not easy to get a hold of. Every time I call I get put on hold And then. Hung up on So frustrating
