My experience with NDBC was excellent. I had been referred to them by my acupuncturist who was helping me with my “swaying”, but thought NDBC could offer effective complimentary care. From the initial evaluation by the doctor, through “graduating” the treatment, the PTs were consistently caring and competent (especially Tiffany!). I am giving five stars strictly for medical providers. Tiffany treated me for vertigo and fixed my problem literally after one visit. She was very thorough, competent and caring. Paula also was wonderful, she left no stone unturned during my assessment and was very kind. I would strongly recommend Paula and Tiffany to anyone looking for knowledgeable and caring professionals.
NDBC has been a great treatment choice for me. When my dizziness started unexpectedly my Dr gave me 2 choices, Clinic PT or NDBC. I certainly didn’t think I needed something called NDBC so I chose the Clinic PTs. The PTs were trained in Vestibular problems and were very professional. When their expertise didn’t solve my problems. They recommended that I move on to NDBC because they had the knowledge, expertise and Vestibular equipment to better evaluate my problems.
