worst sales call ever! not because it was annoying just was bad. from a professional standpoint being in the business I wouldn't hire that guy to sell anything couldn't sell his way out of a paper bag. it was like being called by a immature 10 year old very unprofessional

The absolute worst sales phone call I have ever received. If that is the way they go to business, I can't imagine them being very successful.

Very rude, aggressive and demeaning phone salesman. I'll never buy from this company again. They won't leave you alone if you do. I've asked not to be called numerous times, but they keep calling.

Diamond blades are fine. But blades are blades. The sales staff there are the most rude, annoying people I ever know. They call, and call, and call about sales. I tell them I am not interested, year after year, and they keep calling, and calling and calling. Even if I do need to buy blades I NEVER buy from them because they are a pain in the A**!!!
