Made an appointment over the phone a few weeks ago. No one warned me that they use a call center, the person on the phone did not give that information either, and the appointment was for wisdom teeth removal. We show up for the appointment, and the receptionists say they do not do wisdom tooth removal. Our appointment was in the system, and they were no help AT ALL. Would leave 0 if possible, don’t call and make an appointment because you speak to a 3rd party who doesn’t work with the company at all. I made an appointment for a wisdom teeth removal after confirming they have an oral surgeon. Upon arrival I was told that they don’t remove wisdom teeth and they wouldn’t even help me find another dentist who could. Left in more pain because of the stress than when I walked in, and I didn’t even see anyone
I am very satisfied with all work done. Dr Parker is great and people that work there very friendly
