Horrible!! Was told all was covered by insurance. Took weeks to get approved and an appointment. Day of procedure I double check to make sure that everything is covered by insurance. 1 minute before sitting in chair I’m told only half covered by insurance. Nope! Ty. Goodbye.
I had a really disappointing experience at this dental clinic. I was kept waiting for a long time even though I had an appointment. The place was very unorganized, and the overall experience was extremely unpleasant. I expected much better service from a dental clinic. I definitely would not recommend this place.
The office did not feel clean or hygienic, and I witnessed staff members yelling at each other. The atmosphere was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this dental office.
Probably the best dentist I’ve seen to date
Visited Dr. Raymond Swaison and just got the X-rays done. They billed my insurance for dental cleaning even though it was never done. I have emailed and called them multiple times to fix the billing issue but seems like they have done it deliberately and wouldn’t fix it. I had to go to the extent of filing a complaint against in NYS attorney general’s office
