Hicksville location is holding my partial hostage. They messed it up 3x. I paid cash for it and some nasty girl just gave me an attitude instead of a solution.
I went here for an emergency extraction yesterday and from the front desk to the dental assistant to the actual dentist everyone was so kind and very informative. I’m not one to ever leave reviews but I’ve been to many different dentist’s, oral surgeons, and endodontists and no one has ever made me feel like I am being heard and cared for especially being one that has free health care seems like people over look you when you have free health care. No comment- worst place to trust your one set of teeth with. The dentist drilled to far for a non painful cavity and cracked my tooth. Charged me for a root canal — had to get a loan for that and it failed so they ended up pulling it with is covered by my insurance. They cost me $4,000 because of their mistake. Don’t trust them!!! I’m really happy in the gateway plaza in Patchogue at Babylon dental they are superb!!!!
Dr. Flax and his staff are aces in my book. Great dental work and very friendly.
