Called to schedule an appointment as a new patient and was told they’d get back to me to confirm an appointment date. I have not heard anything back from them and its been weeks. Don't waste your time with this company.
This is the worst dental office I have ever been to. My appointment was scheduled for an hour before I was seen, the desk staff basically just told me to sit back down when I asked if the dentist would see me soon after 45 minutes of waiting. The cleaning itself was a nightmare. The dentist’s English was incomprehensible at times. Why isn't the company making patients aware that this location is now part if National Dental? My daughter's started the process of getting braces with the old company October of last year. I continuously called to follow up no response. With no explanation of this being a new company that my daughters would have to start the process over. Also my daughter needed a tooth pulled.
