A coworker recommended me to go National Dental Bayside. I decided to give it a try and it was a GREAT experience. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted professionally and all smiles. Everyone there were so professional and courteous. The dental office was very clean and spacious with an open concept. They have state of the art technology. I was very IMPRESSED. I am very happy I have found me a new dentist.
I absolutely enjoy the atmosphere as I walked into the dentist office the front receptionist were very inviting and welcoming as I sat on my chair to wait for my appointment to be called. A dental director explains everything to me and the cost and what I was looking forward to.. So I proceeded to start my treatment... Thank you national dental for making me feel very comfortable in your office.. thank you for your office manager who explained everything thoroughly and was very welcoming and Hands-On wonderful thank you...

I came in for a general check-up and cleaning, but they didn’t provide the cleaning on the same day. Instead, they prioritized getting insurance approval for more extensive and unnecessary boutique services. It felt like maximizing profit was more important to them than valuing my time as they said if I wanted to get cleaning done on the same day I had to pay out of pocket even though I have dental insurance.
